They found great off market options, and despite a couple options falling through following … More building and pest inspections they really helped us keep our focus and not settle despite the setbacks.
We simply would not have found our home without them (and if we had we would have paid a lot more!). They're open and transparent, and don't try and sugarcoat anything, which we really appreciated.
Although we had bought property before, their assistance was extremely valuable. Filming inspections we couldn't get to, arranging private inspections before properties went to market, expert knowledge for the area and seemingly knowing every real estate agent out there allowed us to feel very comfortable throughout the process – not to mention Jason's negotiation skills!
