After living in Brunswick, Cam and Bella had reached a point where they were ready for their next chapter.
They loved the convenience and energy of inner Melbourne, but they were ready to trade a little proximity for something that offered more space, more land and greater flexibility for the future.
The northern suburbs opened up that possibility. They could still enjoy an easy trip into the city and have the cafes, parks and everyday amenities they valued close by, while stepping into a home with a little more room to breathe.
They weren’t looking for a home that needed everything done at once. They wanted something solid, with good fundamentals and the kind of underlying potential that would allow them to gradually add value and make it their own.
The sweet spot was finding an established home that gave them more without asking them to give up everything they already loved about Melbourne.

We explored a broad stretch of Melbourne’s northern suburbs, with Glenroy and Hadfield eventually emerging as the strongest fit for the brief.
Throughout the search, we continued to challenge Cam and Bella on the brief and encouraged them to consider where the best combination of land, location and long term potential could be found.
The right opportunity eventually appeared in Hadfield. An older style four bedroom home with solid fundamentals and clear scope for future uplift.
The property was being sold via expressions of interest, so our focus shifted to understanding the competition and positioning their offer accordingly. We submitted the strongest offer and secured the property.
A natural progression from Brunswick, with more space and more opportunity while keeping them connected to the city.
